I have reliezed that I read a lot, with the job that I have there is a lot of down time and they don't mind if you read. I think they even prefer that you do. So I was thinking that I will start a blog book club. I like to be able to discuss the books that I read with others. If anyone has a suggestion of a book let me know, The best book I have read lately was The Pillars of the earth ( sorry to lazy to get a link you'll have to find your own.)
However I have already read this book so the book I'm starting this club out with is (drum roll) haha. The art of racing in the rain by Garth Stein. This is a book told by a dog sounds good right, well we will soon see. So it is September 8. Finish by Sept. 30 and then we can all write what we thought of this book. I can't wait.
Ok talk later
MUSIC
What
I hate trying to figure out how to start writing in this thing. I'm O.K. once I get started but when you read. I have the weirdest beginnings. I have decided I will start this one as follows.......
It was a warm cloudy day and you could smell the scent of rain wafting in the air. HA HA. Did I Tell you all what Taylor said to Me and Terry. She said that both he and I always say things that are not funny to the rest of the world but we are always cracking ourselves up. HA HA ain't that the truth. Because that was funny. So Marisa and the boys are here and I have yet to see them which sort of bums me out. They have so much going on and I feel like so do I. Terry is never doing anything (Sorry Terry but it's the truth)I guess we are going to get together in 2 weeks and have a game night. I love playing board games. I don't always win but I love to trash talk the people that I'm playing against. That is definitely the most fun part.
Mary has started summer camp. She seems to like it she goes swimming everyday except for the days they have a field trip I believe she went to the teddy bear workshop and she thought it was cool because she said the bear had a heart.
Sarah is probably going to be an actress. She is always telling these story's and being all dramatic ( Mary does it also so maybe they both will) I don't think I was that dramatic someone will have to let me know. Like Jolene said she was a hair twirler. I remembered when I read it and tried to show Sarah how to twirl like Jolene did but she said she has to tie knots she likes them. What a little freak.
By the way Sarah looks just like Taylor. Which blows me away because I always thought that Taylor got her looks from Erica's family, but apparently Taylor and Sarah get there looks from Mom.
OMGOSH! Guess what Johnny did the other day. This was so funny. When I was little and I got excited I would sort of lock up with my mouth open. I don't know if anyone would remember but I did anyhow Johnny got so excited the other day over his ball or something he sort of locked up with his arms out. I love that he did that it was so funny, I forgive all of you that I remember pointing and laughing at me.
Well I suppose I should go after all I am working Ha Ha. Later

SORRY
I know I don't do this nearly enough anymore. Well lots of stuff has been going on let's see where do I start. Let's start with Jono he had to have an emergency appendectomy around 2 or 3 weeks ago that sucked it was very scary. I know that its like an easy peasy thing but it was the first surgery he has ever had and I got to tell you I really didn't much care for him being the one in the hospital. Anyway everything went well and that's one less body thingy he will have to worry about. plus now we have matching scars although his was a lot higher than mine. I don't understand why the doctor didn't cut lower it made it a little hard to recoup because they cut so high in the belly.
Anyway next up Mary she was over at Terry's and her Hailey, Tayler and another little girl went out playing they all roller bladed Mary was on a bike well she ran right over that little girl (don't know her name) of course the no name girl didn't get hurt and Terry called me ("You might want to come look at this she may need to go to the Doctor.") I said to Matt see ya I'm going to the hospital again. So she ended up getting 5 stitches on her chin. I would like to say she was a trooper sucked it up and got those stitches quietly. but no Mary doesn't seem to have a very high tolerance for pain I would have to say she has no Tolerance at all. They had to shut the doors she was scream so loud and this was before they even started. I kid you not she was screaming no I don't want stitches. I was a little bit embarrassed because Geez at least scream when they touch you which she did Ha Ha.
Next up Sarah Her thing is she is a hair twirler and she literally wakes up in the morning looking like a Rastafarian she ties such tight knots in her hair. I am constantly telling her do not put knots in your hair and of course she replies that she has to put knots in her hair and if I don't like it I should shave her head. Two what a fresh mouth. I fell a sleep with her one night and I woke up looking like Alfalfa. She had twirled on a piece of my hair right on the top of my head I had to wash it to get it to lay right.
Then there is Johnny. His big thing is taking your stuff and running so you have to chase him. He is the cutes little thing. Jono cut his hair the other night and now my baby is sporting a baby mullet. Im going to get that fixed on Friday. He really is a character Jono is staying home with them right now and Johnny is definetly the most difficult for him. We had to get one of those baby leashes, people really don't like to see a kid leashed up either let me tell you. He is just so quick and his favorite game is chase me and he doesn't care if it means in the road, because of course he doesn't listen at all. NO means that's something he can run with and we will chase.
Well I guess that is it for tonight everything is good I have decided that I am going to run a 5K and I have been "training" for that lately. I am going to meet sting in August and I want to look good. I have recently started to implement the secret into my life and these are some of the things on my board. I am going to the Police concert and have decided that this will be a good time to meet him. So I guess I will be writting about that in a couple of months. OK it's late got to go see ya.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
That's how I feel sometimes AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what is new it seems like forever since I blogged anything that nobody even looks anymore so I am probably just typing for myself. Oh well here we go.
Johnny has his first shiner. Last night the kids were playing together chasing each other around and johnny fell into the radiator. I haven't gotten our computer so I can't post a picture of my baby's first black eye. It's a real dozy too. I was worried about him all night long because he went right to sleep right after it happened, but they all played so much last night and he had an early nap. He was fine but it makes me a little sad when I look at him, although it doesn't seem to bother him one little bit.
Mary is doing very well in school and we just signed her up for camp. So she should have a lot of fun. They have a lot of really fun activities for her to do like build a bear and Tye dye shirts going to a carnival. she will have a blast.
Sarah well what can I say she is going through "THE TERRIBLE TWO'S"
An example of this she says What all of the time so I will say what and she says don't you say what to me then I say don't say what to me and shes says I need to say what. I think Sarah and I have that conversation at least once a day if not more. she is very independent.
Jono is doing well he has a hurt back which sucks but he has an appointment in may to see a neurosurgeon so we will see what happens.
I am doing well. I like my job and I really love it back here in New York. I feel like my life is so much richer. I have friends and family and sometimes so much to do that I don't think I will make it but its so much better than nothing.
I will get our computer hooked up soon and then I will send tons of pictures. Mary's Birthday was the other day and I have pictures of her Party which turned out well and was tons of fun.

Sleepover BY Hailey Ann-Marie
This weekend I slept over at Mary's house. It was so fun because Aunt Tracie was half way a sleep and me and Mary asked can we have candy were hungry and she said yes so we eat like all the candy. So the next night we watch a movie and when Mary brought down the candy Aunt Tracie said what happen to the candy? And I said you said we could eat some last night because we were hungry and she said well i will go make popcorn too. So that's what me and Mary did this weekend.
THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LIFE
Well, I realize I don't do this as often as I have in the past. I find I don't have any spare time to do much of anything.
I guess I will start by telling you about Easter. Mary had been spending all of her weekends at Terry's. So I decided it was time for us to have Hailey over. Well the girls informed me that they would not be going to sleep and that they would need my camera because they wanted to catch, that's right catch the Easter Bunny. They didn't want to just sneak up on him and get a picture as proof. They wanted to abduct the poor bunny for a pet and apparently they wanted my camera to document the events. I tried to talk them out of it by telling them that this would make Santa Claus angry. Mary's reply was basically her telling me she would take her chances. They actually set my alarm clock just in case. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night. I am happy to report the Easter Bunny did come to our house and got away. Whew.....Maybe next year! On Sunday we had a little Easter party Jono's family and Terry and the girls. It was nice. I met Jen's new boyfriend Darrin. I really liked him. He fits right in. For those of you that don't know Jen is Jono's sister.
Fast forward to this weekend. I decided to have Hailey over again. She stayed the weekend. It was fun but they don't sleep very much and that kinda sucks for me. They are very clever. They wait until I am half asleep then they come in and ask me questions. I don't remember most of it but they tell me they came in and said they were hungry could they eat the Easter candy and I guess my reply was "Whatever."
They really liked that said it was lots of fun. Last night we watched a movie Snow dogs well they watched the movie. I cleaned. I find that if there are more then two children in a room alone for any length of time it looks like a bomb has gone off.
This Weekend I also took a test for a state job. This is so funny because the test was on spelling and grammar. Questions like read the paragraph and tell how many errors there were. OK you have read my blog and I can barely write English let alone grade it. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I'm thinking I probably won't be getting the highest score on this test.
Jono will hopefully be here this week sometime. I can barely wait. I was reading Jamie's blog the other day and she was saying how she would hate to be a single parent and how she missed her hubby. Well let me tell you I am so tired, because it is so hard, and I have lots of help with the kids, but they are my kids and I am totally responsible for them and I can only say I can not wait for Jono to get here and help. Plus I miss him so so bad. The kids miss him also the really feel it at night right before bed, they cry and we call him. It just makes you see how important both parents are to children.
Well I think I covered lots of stuff. The kids are fine. All is well. Oh, I washed my cell phone the other day and had to get a new one. So my address book was wiped out so anyone who would like a call from me should email me there phone numbers.

Working again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I have a job. I have applied to tons of places and I have gone on 3 Interviews. I was hired at two of them I want the third but won't find out until tomorrow. I took the second one. Which is working at a call center taking calls for Doctors Offices. I am glad to be back in the work force. I have been stressing about daycare. It's really difficult finding day care for one small child let alone two. I guess it will all work out. Well I figured I would just let everyone know whats going on since I got I little note from Jamie telling me I need to post more often sorry. I hope to get some pictures going soon. I have just really been busy. Trying to get the kids into a routine and getting Mary back in school and everything. I will right again soon. Bye
The trip into the Twilight Zone
The big journey. What an adventure. First thing, I have to thank Theresa and Matt. I am sure they felt the same way that I did. Which is, That it was going to be pretty boring. I knew that the kids would be a little bit antsy. Well, It turned out to be a trip that showed what you were made of.
Let's start at the very beginning. When Theresa and Matt got to the house and walked in I think they may have been a little scared that we were not going to be ready in time (I don't want to put words in any one's mouth so you would have to ask them what they really thought.) There was stuff every where. That's just how I pack, plus we had to live there for another week. We did get everything done and the day before we left we went to get the truck. Now this is important because we order a 20 foot truck. (I think?!) They did not have that size so we got an upgrade 26 foot. This truck was a monster. We had plenty of room for everything. We had everything done and all we needed was the rental car. We got that on the morning that we left. Well, again the size we wanted wasn't available so we got a free upgrade. Sounds good so far, right?
We had wanted to start at 8:00 am, but because of the car we started an hour later. Which at the time no big deal. Looking back that was the beginning. So Mary had to ride in the truck with Matt and Theresa. I drove the car with Sarah and Jonathan. We went until around 10:30 and Mary started saying she was starving. I forgot to put any snacks in the truck. They were all in the car. So we started to look for a rest stop, so we could get her some of the snacks. Unfortunately for Mary I think there is only 1 rest stop in the state of Florida and we passed it before she had told us of her hunger. We finally had to take an exit. Since we were stopped we decided to fill up the tanks and go potty. I got juice for Sarah and Johnny and gave Mary and Sarah a snack. We get back on the road and Sarah starts to cry. Johnny is trying to take her pretzel stick. Light bulb, maybe your baby is hungry! I get on the walkie talkie and I say "We forgot to feed the baby!" Theresa reply "Do you have a mouse in your pocket?" Clever. We decide that the best thing to do is pull over so Theresa can hop in the back seat and feed the baby. It's uneventful for a while eventually Theresa gets back in the truck. She didn't want to get car sick in the back seat. We stopped another couple of times. Basically, it seemed we just kept getting farther behind the schedule that we all had in our minds. The main goal was to get home Saturday night or since I haven't given any dates, in 2 days and 1 night.
We finally stop at a truck stop to let the kids out to walk around, fill up, and have dinner. It was around 5:00 ( I can't be absolute about the times, close enough for you to get the idea.) I can't remember where we were but I think it was Georgia. I have to say the people in the cafe area. They were the nicest most accommodating I have ever met, although the food was kinda gross. I got a B.L.T. and the B. was straight off the pig and I know that a lot of you out there may think that is great and you all know how I love the bacon but honestly I like it processed more than that. When we finally finished we had been there for about an hour. Johnny was soaked and I really felt we needed to get back on the road to make up some time so instead of going through the trunk getting the suit case and then having to go through that. I just took off his clothes and threw a blanket over him. We get on the road and around 10 min. I again hear Sarah and she sounds grossed out "ewww, Johnny no. Mom Johnny diaper. ewwwwwwww." That's right Johnny has found a new toy. He has taken off his diaper thrown his leg up over his seat and well you can only imagine. Once again I get on the walkies. I have a problem. My baby is nude. We have to stop. Now! The next exit we pull over and there just happens to be a Starbucks. Matt pulls in and goes to the drive thru window. I pull around and park. Yes I go through the trunk the suit case. I cloth him once more. I get back in the car. Matt is done at the drive thru waiting for me near the drive way exit. I pull up next to them. Let's go. Theresa shakes her head. What? Matt hit the building and they are calling the cops. Now let me make this clear he nicked the corner and barely touched the rain gutter. It really looked very minor. I mean as far as hitting something. Long story short, ha ha. The cop came looked at it and hopefully the truck insurance will pay for the damage to the building. The truck was fine. We get back on the road. We all felt really bad about what had happened. I blamed myself and had to call Jono to make sure it wasn't my fault. Matt and Theresa start talking in the truck. Theresa said she was sorry that she wanted coffee and Matt said he was sorry he hit the building but they decided it was all my fault but Mary let them know that "It's not my mom's fault, she didn't do anything she just wanted her baby clean." Thanks Mary. After I spoke to Jono I called them on the walkie talkie and we decided we were all equally blamable in the situation.
We made it to south Carolina and I was so tired I couldn't drive anymore so we get a hotel room. I was worried the kids wouldn't be able to sleep but Mary and Sarah went to sleep almost immediately. It took Jonathan a little longer. Mary and Sarah got there own little cot. Jonathan and I shared a bed and Matt and Theresa shared the other bed. We all finally went to sleep but at some point during the night I wake up to Matt right nose to nose with me, he whispers Tracie your snoring. Of course I was horrified as Jono put it later "My secret was out." I guess when Theresa saw Matt getting up to wake me she said Don't wake her she is exhausted. Matt's reply was "So am I." Sorry guys, I guess I kept snoring on and off for the rest of the night. No one really got a good rest.
The next morning we start out everything is going OK. I get tired and Theresa takes over driving. Of course as soon as we start back up after Theresa took over Sarah pooped and it was so foul it left a bad taste in your mouth, and made your eyes water. When we stopped I had to again go threw the suit case. All day we are calculating at what time we are going to make it home. Jono and I discussed it on the phone and we thought it wouldn't be until 1:00am but Theresa wanted to get there around 10:00pm. When I mentioned that this wasn't very realistic she didn't want to hear it. I really can't blame her at this point. I think we all just wanted this trip to be over with. During this conversation Theresa looks over at me and says "Was this crack here yesterday?" That's right folks a mysterious crack has shown up right near the rear view mirror, I don't think it was there but where it is located while driving you can't always see it. What are you gonna do? Hopefully that's covered by the car insurance. I bet your all thinking it's a good thing we got all that extra insurance aren't ya! Let me just say you should always get it. Please always get it. GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We finally make it to DC and I was trying to take a little Nap because Theresa can't drive at night because of her eyes. I was just drifting off when I hear her on the walkie talkie to Matt. "Did I just miss the exit?" All I could think was NOOOOOOOOO! I sit up and we did miss the exit. We drove right threw DC. I saw the Washington Monument, so cool. I was thrilled. Matt and Theresa not so happy. Theresa because she felt bad that she missed the exit, Matt because we had to go threw a tunnel in this huge truck and well that was hairy. I think Matt said he lost ten years. Luckily and I truly mean Luckily we had I think a foot to spare. When we finally got threw DC, I really think it saved us some time. We didn't hit any real traffic because it was a Saturday. Of course at the time it did not feel like the best thing. It took us all a while to get over Washington DC. I talk a lot when I'm nervous and Theresa at one point as we are leaving Washington looks at me and says "If you could just be quite for 30 seconds." unfortunatly I had to look at her and say "I don't think I can." HA HA No joke that conversation really happened.
We stopped for dinner right before we got on the New Jersey turnpike and we realized the directions that we had took us on the Garden State parkway and The enormous truck that we had was not allowed on the Garden State Parkway. So we had to call Bob (Theresa's Dad) and Charlie (Theresa's uncle) and Terry (my brother) to find an alternative route. We did this while we drove on. We finally get directions. We had to take the turnpike to the end. I forgot to mention that right as we got on the turnpike Jonathan lost his pacifier. We told Matt to keep going we would catch up. Theresa pulled over and we did a mad search for the pacifier. We had to he wouldn't stop crying. It was horrible. We finally found the pacifier and the batteries of the walkie talkies are going dead. I think that Matt got a little nervous. Who can blame him he had no idea what had happened to us and we could hear him calling for us and I had to change the batteries before we could answer. When we finally called him back well you know how that is relief and maybe a little upset from the worry nothing major. We truck on when we get close to where we are supposed to get off the turnpike, I see Theresa is getting really nervous. The turnpike was really busy. So at the toll booth we switch places. We start looking for the route we have to take and at one point there is an exit around a corner in the left lane that we don't want, I just switch lanes in time of course Matt in Mister Gigantic Truck has to practically stop so he can switch lanes and here is where I thank Matt yet again because he was so calm on the walkie talkies with us. I am crawling in the car because I made the switch and he didn't finally calmly "I'M behind you, we are fine, nice and easy we'll be OK." Of course Theresa and I are all panicky. If it wasn't for Matt's calm reassurance we would probably still be circling New Jersey. When we finally made it to 87 and actually knew the road. It was such a relief we all got a little giddy I think. Just the knowledge that it was almost over. So we made it. The only thing hurt was the Starbucks building somewhere in Georgia or South Caroline.
I Just read this over again and have to apoligize because my grammer and punctuation leave something to be desired and I also wanted to clarify for those that don't know Theresa is Jono's Sister and of course Matt is her husband.

Life
It's official we are moving. The end of February. Most of you already know this but I figured I would let everyone know and also give you a little update on how the kids are doing.
Mary
Today is Valentine's day. She was so excited to go to school today and give away her Valentine cards to all of her friends. She had a hard time going to sleep last night because she was so excited. Of course I had to tell her to be nice to everyone because she was reluctant to give one little girl and one little boy a card she said they were mean. Remember those days. She is also very happy to be moving she has already called Terry and invited herself over for a sleep over for the FIRST night we get there.
Sarah
She is so funny. Last night she came out with a pair of gloves on her feet. You know the kind that you wear to clean, the bright orange one's. I made her take them off. Well I was up all night so jono got up with the kids and when I finally rolled out of bed this morning she was dressed in one of her "princess" dresses those gloves and a pair of Mary's shoes. I look at Jono and he just shakes his head.
Jonathan
We like to call him BAM BAM. That boy has the strength of 10 babies. Here is where I apologize to Terry for teasing him about Hailey's enormous head. Sorry sweetheart your head was big it was hard to put shirts on you but you grew into it and your beautiful. Anyway, Jonathan also has a pretty big skull compared to his body. The doctor confirmed that at the last check up his body is in the 50 percentile and his head the 90th. Jono says "It's because he has a big brain like his daddy!" I hope so because he seems to walk sort of funny having to carry around that big noggin.
Well that's about all, bye.

Project runway
OK I watch It. Who else dares to admit it. Last night I was so bummed out about Sweet Pea. She had the opportunity to make such a cool couture dress but instead, did you see what she made. I knew she was a goner. I could have designed a prettier dress and you all know I have really bad fashion sense. It's the truth I live with it.
Don't get me started on Rami. I wanted him to get the boot. His dress was pretty but he really doesn't seem to have an imagination.
I love Christian he always makes something interesting or fierce. So does Chris. He made it can you believe it. I thought he would get the boot since he did the same dress that he made for Christian to win off of in an earlier show.
Jillian is talented but I really wanted the final 3 to be Christian, Chris, and Sweet Pea.
Man I really need to get a life. Jamie your right down with T.V..

JONO AND TRACIE
There have been a few tags going around so I thought I'd join the fun. I'm going to combine a couple of them instead of making individual posts. If any of you read these, post the same thing on your blog!
1. Where did you meet your husband? My mom was working at night at Hi-Roc Bowling Alley and Jono also worked there at night.
2. What was the first thing said? I went in to Hi-Roc one night to help mom finish her work. I was cleaning the grill at the snack bar and Jono sat down at the snack bar and asked me if I had painted my pants on I turned around and told him where he could go and what he could do to himself.
3. What was your first date? I also started working at the bowling alley and everynight after work Jono and I would go to Oma's for a slice.
4. How long did you date? This is a hard question we dated 1 1/2 years and then we lived together for 5 years.
5. First kiss? It was in Theresa's Camaro, where else, in front of the bowling alley.
6. Where did you get engaged? We were just discussing this last night. It was right around Christmas of '95. Jono had told mom that he was going to ask me to marry. I wish she was alive to talk to because for whatever reason Mom gave me this information. Jono says that explains my reaction.
We had moved back to Saratoga and again Jono was working part time at the bowling alley. I went to pick him up and he told me he couldn't get me a Christmas present. I was like that's o.k.. We stopped at Oma's for a pizza on the way home. I was starving and sat down on the couch pizza on my lap, slice in hand, grease dripping down my arm. Jono goes in to the bedroom comes out and gets down on his knee in front of me. I start crying, this is what jono thought was weird, I knew. He asked me if I would marry him.
7. When did you know you loved each other? Jono says he fell in love with me Immediatly. He was certain after the kiss in the camero. I took a little longer to relieze what I was feeling. Jono asked me to be his girlfriend exclusivly about 6 months after we started to date. I said No. That weekend we went on a date and we were walking down broadway holding hands all lovey dovey and this chick comes up and says to Jono "Hi, Why haven't you called Me." AWKWARD. I wanted to claw off her face. Jono was like "oh, I will." The next day Mom and I were driving down the ave. of the pines and I was telling her what happened. She said why do you care. You didn't want to date exclusivly and I was like Jono is mine I love him. There it was. So I told him.
8. What does your ring look like? This is a weird story. When I was in High School I bought a ring in Lake George for like $2.00. It was gold, with a large diamond in the middle sourronded by little diamonds. I wore it everywhere untill right before I moved to New York it got stepped on Jono never saw this ring nor did he know about it but this is exactly what my ring looks like except of course it's real. I have the old one to compare. It's fate. Jono's ring is a Gold band.
8. Where did you get married? Spa State Park, Saratoga Springs, New York.
9. How did the reception go? It was fun. Very informal. Almost everyone changed right after the ceremony into shorts. We played volleyball. Ate good food wings, salads stuff like that, Drank, Danced we had a DJ. Great Party.
10. Where did you go on your honeymoon? What's a honeymoon?!!! Three years after we were married we took a nice vacation to Disney World.
11. Do you have pet-names for each other? Jono calls me Tracie B., sweety pie. I call Jono Baby, Lovey.
12. What’s your favorite thing to do together? My favorite thing to do with Jono is to just sit and talk. Jono's favorite thing to do with Tracie is go to dinner alone(sit talk and eat).
13. Do you show affection in public? Yes.
14. Do you have a song? Magic Carpet Ride by Steppenwolf.
15. 5 top places/things I want to see or see again: 1. Italy 2. Greece 3. Scottland 4Ireland 5 Show in New York
Jono's 1.Ireland 2. Germany 3. Time Square 4.Yellowstone 5.Amsterdam

Poll results
The results of the poll. Six to move to New York. Three to move to another state. My guess would be that state is Idaho. If I'm wrong let me know. Thanks for Voting that was fun.
MAGIC
I have been sick this week and haven't been as attentive as I should. An example of this would be Sarah went in to her room to play. When she came out to see her Daddy.
She looked like this. She likes to have what she refers to as a makeuhover.
She likes to have her nail painted and make up on. I had to throw away all of the play make up. She was wearing all most all of it anyway. That was another day. Jono told her she was naughty. That you are not supposed to write on yourself that you are only allowed to write on paper. Then he said now what are you allowed to write on and she said "My hands."
Up on further inspection. I found this. Now let me give you a wonderful tip. MAGIC ERASER. Sarah is very creative. She has done worst than this. Beautiful artwork on the walls, the dressers, and of course herself. Well I could not go on without MAGIC ERASER. This is permenant marker.
All better. Get it! They work!
Doctors Appointment gone bad
Sarah and Jonathan had a Doctors appointment last Monday. I was happy to get them in they were both behind on the shots. I have to admit I have been worrying about their immunizations after watching Jenny McCarthy on OPRAH. Jonathan ended up getting five shots and Sarah got two. Everything was going great the Doctor said Sarah was doing really well on talking she kept saying Dr. Vedder. She really loved going to the Doctor's office. Loved being the key word.
That mourning she was all let's go I want to go. Then he checked her ear's. The Doctor says does she have an ear tube. The answer is of course "No." Then he says it looks like an earring is in her ear. I looked at Jono and hit him on the arm "I knew we should have taken her to the hospital."
So rewind, about 4 to 6 weeks ago, Sarah and Mary were playing in their bedroom and Sarah comes out and says she has an earring in her ear. We get the flash light and look and We really thought we saw the back of an earring for like a second but because we just weren't sure. we looked in every one's ears to compare and they all looked the same and she never complained about it again. I wanted to take her to the emergency room but Jono was like for what to sit there for 5 hours and there is nothing in there. I thought your right. I am always freaking over nothing. Taking them to the doctors and nothing is wrong with them.
So back at the Doctors, Dr. Vedder decided that he would try to get the earring out. He went and got a long stick and I was holding Sarah and he sticks it in her ear. I thought I was going to throw up. I have stuck a Q-tip in my ear so far, on accident, that my ear ached for a week. I said "I can't hold her while your doing this." Really we should have had him stop at that point hind sight and everything. Instead Jonathan took her. The Doc almost had it but she was screaming and squirming. So we had to make an Appt. with an Ear, Nose and Throat Dr.. I called for the Appt. as we drove home and they said to come right now they would squeeze us in. You can all guess how that went Sarah wanted nothing to do with anyone touching her ears. So they immediately whisk us out of the room and say she will have day Surgery tomorrow. It will only cost $800.00. I'm like what. I call Jono freaking not only because I don't have $800.00 cash to throw at the doctor but also they want to knock Sarah out. They send me to pre-op and have me talk to the anesthesiologist. I really felt like bursting in to tears the entire time. Luckily they worked out the payment with my insurance. Then they told me to be there at 6:30 the next mourning. I take Sarah home she goes to sleep and my poor boy was up all night. Whenever he moved his legs he would cry.
This at 6:00am the mourning of her surgery.
Everyone was very nice. Sarah got a Shirt that said Naples Day Surgery, a pair of socks, a little orange fish and, a picture of the two of us sitting in this chair.
This is the nurse. Everyone would walk by and tell me how cute Sarah is.
Sarah had to wear this hat and also a face mask but I couldn't get her to keep that on her face.
She really liked this hat.
This is the Earring back that was in Sarah's right ear. The doctor said it was sitting on her ear drum and it left a water blister. She got ear drops. He doesn't think it will affect her hearing. Sarah was out for 12 min. So this was all done pretty quickly.
Funny thing they told me that every child comes out of the anesthesia and cries. I shouldn't be alarmed when they bring her to me and she is sobbing. Well guess what not my kid. She opened her eyes and smiled at the lady. They couldn't believe it.
I go in and take her. They make you sit and wait for about 30 min. before you can leave. Well let me tell you Sarah got so mad at me she starts screaming at the top of her lungs. "MOM!" over and over both of her hands are clinched really tight. I was trying not to laugh because I'm think she doesn't cry instead she wants to clobber me. She got angry because they gave me a cup of apple juice filled to the rim and Sarah wanted to hold it by herself and I didn't want her to spill it so I wouldn't let her. Man what a temper. Luckily everything went well and Sarah is doing fine.

I wanted to let everyone know that if it weren't for Jamie this blog would not exist. I have copied everything off of Jamie's blog, every new thing she puts on her blog I put on ours. So Thank You Jamie. Everyone seems to really like the blog.
The Girls
I was playing with the camera. It has cool settings and these are some of the shots I took. They aren't the best but there my kids so there gorgeous.
This is clearly her angry face. I see that a lot.
This is a serious look.
Mary likes to pose. She wanted a silly picture.
If I could get the girls to cooperate this shot will look so cool.

REQUESTS FROM YOU
We have talked to a lot of you and apparently it is very difficult to get to this site. I guess the invites expire. So We have decided to open this site to the public.
Some of you have asked about the music. There are a bunch of songs to choose. I think are taste is eclectic enough to cover all of you. If you want a specific tune let us know we can try and get it.
All you need to do is click on the song you want to play. One way to look at the songs is to click on the last song and another page of songs scrolls up. Keep doing this until you find a song you want. Or There is a forward and backward button on either side of the play button. Or turn down your volume.

The Beach
This was Jonathan's first trip to the beach. He ate so much sand. He is so active, always moving, we just couldn't get to him fast enough to stop him. He really seemed to enjoy himself.
Sarah isn't the biggest fan of the beach. It takes her a while to get used to the sand on her feet. The water freaks her out because it's trying to get her.
Mary loves the beach. The hardest part was trying to keep her dry. We of course did not succeed. She loves the water.
All in all it was really fun. After the sunset we came home and watched Shrek 3.
We had a picnic on the living room floor. Mary was very insistent about that.
