More Sarah

It's interesting having another child. Mary was alone for so long and when I was pregnant with Sarah and found out she was a girl both Jono and I thought that she was going to be a lot like Mary. We were so wrong they are like night and day Mary is so sweet and is so in tuned to other people, how they feel, how they make her feel, how to make them happy. Sarah is a little rebel don't get me wrong she is also very sweet. She just isn't as lovey dovey as Mary. She gives you a kiss when she wants too, not when you ask. Stuff like that. Which is cute just different. It makes me so curious to see what Jonathan is going to be like, already there is a big difference. We can tell he is a boy. He is very rough and tumble.
Back to Sarah. She Loves shoes. She is only 2 and I know that this girl is going to have thousands of pairs of shoes. An example of Sarah's shoe thing, when you go to McDonald's you have to take your shoes off to play on the equipment. Sarah would rather sit at the shoe area trying on strangers shoes then slide. Or when we went to that Halloween party I found Sarah, shoes off trying on Nicks shoes in his room. Sarah also likes to wear stuff on her head, not so much hats, more like shirts, pots stuff of that nature. One other thing that is so interesting about Sarah she likes small dark places. Jono said that is what he was like when he was little. He said he could sit in a clothes hamper for hours. Sarah likes to sit in the cupboards, or in the hall closet. One other favorite spot, we have a sectional couch, she like to sit behind it where the walls meet.

An example of both the head thing and she absolutely loves these boots which are Mary's. Some day's I can't get them off of her to go to the store. Jono would be embarrassed but she is only 2. She reminds me of Puss in boots.

SARAH JANE

Sarah recently had a birthday. She turned two. Here are some photos of the day.

SIMON "The Boy"

Jono and I decided that if we were going to have a blog of our family it was important to put a picture of the boy because he was a big part of our family. Simon got very sick This year and developed cancer in his stomach it was very difficulte but we had to put him to sleep. WE MISS YOU BOY!!
The funny thing about losing Simon is that it was right a round the same time we had Jonathan. I don't know why but for whatever reason both Jono and I kept calling Jonathan, Simon. I guess the wierd thing about that is we usually called Simon "Boy."

My Relationship with food

So I just read my cousin Jamie's Blog and I Have been Tagged. Here are 10 facts about my relationship with food if you read this you have been tagged also here we go

1. I hate Hot Dogs. When I was in high school I had a Hot Dog for lunch and there was a hard rock like something in there and I stopped eating them. However, Jono got me to eat them again like a year ago and it happened again. A hard spot. I will never ever ever eat another Hot Dog.

2. I love Milk Chocolate. Chocolate, curse the person who discovered Chocolate. I eat so much of it its like a new category on the food pyramid for me.

3. Bacon! What else needs to be said. Have you ever seen Grumpy old men the father goes in the store throws some bacon in the kart and says "I'm done" this is how i feel. Jamie mentioned chocolate covered bacon in her blog I think that sounds like a little piece of culinary heaven.

4. I like to bake cakes in to shapes. To date I have made a princess castle, sponge bob, Patrick, tinker bell, blue, an Easter bunny and a foot which really turned out bad. Honestly, so did the castle but the other cakes turned out well and at times have thought about advertising.

5. I am not a vegetarian but most meat grosses me out. I usually only eat chicken and then only the breast this make Jono mad. He thinks I should try new things when we go out. I really just don't like most meat.

6. I never put mayo on my sandwiches. If I get a sub it has to be Italian with oil and vinegar or ham but no mayo. That's it no other kind of sub.

7. Did I mention the chocolate thing. Love chocolate.

8. I can't eat food given to me by people I don't know that well. For instance our neighbor made banana bread as a welcome to the neighborhood gift never been in her house don't know if she is a hand washer can't eat your food.

I am sure there are tons of other issues that I have with food but I can't think of anymore sorry.

Jonathan Terence

OK, Here is a little story about Jonathan. An example of what my sweet little boy will have to deal with for the rest of his life.
Jonathan has a walker. This is a new experience for us because the other two had little chairs but they didn't actually have wheels on them. Jonathan is getting really good at maneuvering his little walker and he likes to go into the girls bedroom and play with them.
The other day he went in to play with the girls. I went to my room to fold some clothes. Everything is going fine I hear Mary yell at him a couple of times for getting into whatever she was playing, no problem. Then I hear laughing from all three kids. I go out and Mary has tied one end of her jump rope to his walker and used the other end to lead him around the house. Again, No problem there playing nicely together. I go back in my room and start folding again next thing I hear Jonathan screaming. At the top of his lungs, he is angry. I go running out. BIG PROBLEM! I find that the girls more specifically Mary has gotten tired of playing with Jonathan and because he keeps getting in her way, she tied my poor little man to the coffee table. Just like a dog he was tethered. One end tied to his walker the other end tied to the coffee table. I felt so bad for him.
Of course this makes me think that Mary is a Genius. Maybe an evil Genius.
Anyway here are some pictures so you can see how he has grown or for some of you what he looks like. Isn't he cute? I know he is.

Halloween Party

Mary and Sarah went to a Halloween Party. Spider Man was the host (Nick). Mary went as Hannah Montana and Sarah went as a witch. Sarah is playing with a little boy named Dominic. When i worked for Naples Radioligists I was pregnant with his mom they are 1 month apart in age. His brother who is in the gray shirt next to buzz light year is 1 month older than Mary funny his name is Damon. I made the cake a foot with a severed toe covered in spiders and worms not my best work Mary said it looked like a dirty boot.





They played lots of games like the Mummy wrap and they even did a potato sack race. Well not bad for the first time I added Pictures. I didnt get the hang of it the pictures didnt go where i wanted them to but I will keep trying.

Hi Family Its me Mary. I really miss You. I wish we all lived together. But I live here in Florida. But you guys live in different places. So we can't be together but you can all visit us, but not at the same time. Or i can visit you some time if my mom and dad let me. Hi,
I have decided that I am going to try to do the Blog thing. Thanks to Jamie. I really enjoy checking her Blog whenever I get online so I am going to try to do it myself. This way I can post things about the kids such as pictures and the cute little stories I like to tell everyone. And lets face it the only way some of you will ever see the kids is if i do something like this because i am the worst sort of procrastinator. The first step is admitting you have a problem right. All right so there you go it has begun.
